phsky31 is strictly an 18+ platform — and in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, the minimum age to register is 21 years old. phsky31 does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21.

If we discover that an account was created by a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed and any associated funds will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and the applicable regulatory requirements.
