Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the phsky31 platform at phsky31.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is between you (the player) and phsky31, and it applies to all services available on the platform including sports betting, online casino games, poker, bingo, virtual sports, and any other feature offered by phsky31 now or in the future.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any services on phsky31. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms will be treated as your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use phsky31, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. phsky31 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm you are 21 or older. We may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not restricted by local law.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of phsky31 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not been previously excluded from phsky31 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.

Each person may hold only one registered account on phsky31. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. If you accidentally create a second account, contact our support team immediately to resolve the situation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid mobile number. phsky31 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and to suspend or close accounts where information cannot be verified.

3. Your Account — What You Are Responsible For

Your phsky31 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, and do not allow anyone else to use your account — even a family member or a close friend.

If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact phsky31 support immediately via live chat or email. phsky31 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

phsky31 is required under Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals or as part of regular compliance checks. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or Philippine national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of GCash account showing your name, or bank statement)

Failure to provide documents within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

phsky31 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) only. The following payment methods are accepted:

• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit at phsky31 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for high-volume deposits. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal from phsky31 is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to you and matches your verified account details. phsky31 does not process cash withdrawals or third-party transfers under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business operations. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one Philippine banking business day. phsky31 does not guarantee processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.

5. Betting Rules — Sports and Live Betting

All bets placed at phsky31 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before submitting. phsky31 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets once they have been confirmed in the system, except where phsky31 determines that an obvious error has occurred on our side (such as an incorrectly published odds price).

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport or competition. For PBA games, official results from the Philippine Basketball Association apply. For international sports, the relevant international federation's result is used. phsky31 reserves the right to delay settlement pending clarification of a result in disputed or protested situations.

Postponed and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is officially postponed before it starts, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's phsky31 wallet. If a match begins but is abandoned before completing the minimum required period of play as defined in phsky31's sport-specific rules, settlement will depend on whether the abandonment threshold has been reached. Maximum Payout Limits

phsky31 applies maximum payout limits on a per-event and per-market basis. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. If a winning bet exceeds the applicable limit, the payout will be capped at the advertised maximum for that market. This applies to single bets and combined parlay bets.

6. Casino and Poker Game Rules

All casino games offered by phsky31 — including slots, table games, and live dealer rooms — use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical malfunctions that void a game will result in a refund of the stake to the player's phsky31 wallet.

Poker Specific Rules

Poker games at phsky31 are governed by standard international poker rules applicable to each variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Short Deck). In the event of a disconnection during a live poker hand, phsky31's disconnection protection policy applies — the player may be placed all-in for the pot committed at the point of disconnection, with a side pot created for remaining active players. Collusion between players in poker games, the use of automated software (bots), chip-dumping, or any other form of match-fixing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

phsky31 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The general bonus rules below apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe stated in each offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held by a single player at any time.
• Abuse: phsky31 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including exploiting low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless stated otherwise.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phsky31 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potentially being reported to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering using false personal information
• Allowing another person to use your phsky31 account
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Using automated tools, bots, or software to interact with the phsky31 platform
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating in poker or sports betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes in the platform for financial gain
• Attempting to circumvent phsky31's security systems or access another player's account
• Any behaviour that phsky31 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players

phsky31 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies in investigations related to suspected illegal activity on the platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

phsky31 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment and never a financial solution or an activity that causes harm. The following tools are available to all phsky31 account holders at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the phsky31 platform for a defined period (minimum 3 months) or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform (1–30 days) without fully self-excluding. During a cool-off, you cannot deposit or place bets.

10. Privacy and Data

phsky31 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering at phsky31, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. 11. Account Suspension and Closure

phsky31 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• A player is identified as being under 21 years of age
• A player has self-excluded and attempts to register a new account

In cases where an account is closed due to verified prohibited conduct, phsky31 reserves the right to retain any balances in the account. In all other cases of account closure initiated by phsky31, verified available balances will be returned to the player via their primary verified payment method after any pending investigations are concluded.

A player may close their own phsky31 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules, and winnings credited before the balance is returned.

12. Limitation of Liability

phsky31 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible, but phsky31 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

phsky31's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. phsky31 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits phsky31's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phsky31's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of phsky31 that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process should be referred to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

phsky31 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally and promptly. Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should contact support@phsky31.net with a detailed description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs, and dates. phsky31 aims to provide a written response to formal disputes within 10 business days.

14. Changes to These Terms

phsky31 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Continued use of phsky31 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may close your account by contacting our support team.
